Found this by accident with no guide 😆

I bought Splatoon 3 specifically for salmon run. Which i play 99.9% of the time. I personally believed that salmon run was the main game for SPL3 then the others were made around it. I think it is a perfect co-op game. I'll give your video a listen and revise my opinion.

hard to not blame your teammates when you lose a cohozuna wave because the last surviving teammate, instead of reviving the two players next to him, climbs a fish stick, kills it, throws two eggs at the boss, then immediately gets eaten by a maws

i average around EVP 100-200 on most shifts, and i still see dumbasses wasting or not using their specials, shore rushing, not luring, etc. i understand people who trash talk their own teammates when you get 19/26 eggs in because one of them was camping a cannon for a full minute, leaving like 15 eggs down there completely unreachable by everyone else then dying and spamming "help" while everyone else is at the basket fighting for their lives

My first time playing salmon run and I found Cohozuna easy to kill

The other day, I had a super high synergy freelance team, and went up 2.8 ranks in a single 2 hour period, then had one more victory with a new team and achieved EVP for the first time. Weirdly, depending on time of day I’m either the last alive on a failed 1st/2nd wave or winning 10 times in a row. Seeing this video, I now know better ways to synergize with randoms, and better ways to deal with a wave that is 1-6 eggs short in the last 10 seconds.

I was trying to look up advise for this rotation while I was waiting in an IRL train station, and suddenly I felt off/on edge. It took me way too long to realize that for some reason, the train station’s music had switched from standard waiting room / elevator music to the grizzco lobby music. I thought I was having a stroke or something.

Maaan I miss the bombs away special. That special made it so easy to take over the middle spot! Aerospray with the bombs away special was my main weapon in splatoon 2. Im so sad it’s not a special in splat3

🙏 I wish if SE ports DQ IX to PC, current consoles, and mobile, they should at least keep local wireless co-op. Better yet add online co-op and they might be able to gauge interest in an online DQ outside Japan. 🙏

It's a pity that the offline version looks like a Nintendo 3ds game, I would like to play the offline version with graphics and gameplay mechanics like in the online version.

I HATE when developers put puzzles I can't solve at the moment. How about a note saying "we lazy f*cks put this there, but you will only be able to solve it later"?

I’m always like “oh, im gonna play salmon run to learn new weapons!” And then I get a fucking blaster and I don’t know shit and nobody plays around it and it doesn’t have the range to backline or the speed to frontline and I get pissed and leave again I try. EVERY TIME. I play so many fucking games and I cannot fucking find a good way to use the blaster. Like you are giving me a precision slow weapon for a wide sweepong fast paced game, the fuck am I supposed to do with it? The regular blaster doesn’t even have enough range to use the way it was seemingly intended. Anyone got SOME answer? I love the gamemode but I need something I can feel natural with, not a weapon that is a fight to even use.

8:00 Actually, this is funny, Nintendo FINALLY added a checkpoint system! Checkpoints: EVP 400 on [map name] would make you reset to EVP 200 next time it rotates to that map. EVP 600 on [map name] would make you reset to EVP 400 next time it rotates to that map. EVP 999 on [map name] would make you reset to EVP 800 next time it rotates to that map. This is pretty generous of Nintendo, to be honest. This actually makes it SO much easier for everyone.

I just wish those lazy ass devs would had finally improve the gameplay animations.I mean they STILL have only like 2-3 animations for all attacks, no unique attacks or breathzanimation like on the main dq games... its sad cuy I always found the unique attacks from the enemies soo cool and now when we can play them, they only have copy and paste attacks.. And they always show an animationn the a cut, then they show the impact. Instead of showing all in 1 SCENE just like in dqxi.. I mean this game cost 60 euros, as much as a main title. But they tread it like a side titöe where they dont need to improve the animations

Play Star Citizen even with the bugs and jank it still is the better choice.

As someone deciding to learn roller (coming from a charger main back in Splat 1 & 2) Ive seen Roller as an aggressive assassin and I’ve certainly had some success. Though I would say I’m still somewhat at the beginning/middle part of the phase

Good posture definitely helps, but explain this: how on the world did I manage to win a Anarchy Series with NO LOSSES while having back pain, slouching, and playing in handheld with motion controls on. And yet I lose a Series with zero wins when I'm the most comfortable. My body works in strange ways. Also mindset helps A LOT. When I changed my mindset from "WHAT ARE MY TEAMMATES DOING?!" and "Bro the weapon lineup is SO unfair" to "Okay, I died there. So how can I do better next time? What can I do to avoid that?" sent me from the bottom of S- to S+ and top 20,000 in X battle. (And that was from the 5 placement matches ONLY because ZONES WAS NEVER IN ROTATION WHEN I PLAYED Ht g5894iyehrhWRYG&). Please ignore my rant, felt the need to say that. Also looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong comment :)

I had my first chance to participate in a BIG Big Run not that long ago. Personally, I really enjoyed it since the rewards tend to be different from what I have gotten in the Splatfests. For example, I got several drink tickets that I was struggling to find elsewhere. I also got a decent amount of money that I was able to use to upgrade my gear. I think Nintendo could stand to be better in announcing Salmon Run events. I'd been trying to get in on a Big Run for a while but missed several of them on account of not knowing when they were. I do think that the scheduling is balanced well between Salmon Run events and Splatfests as the Splatfests do seem to yield more (and greater) awards. Personally, I like the lack of EXP and the diminished catalog EXP. It provides a way to grind without gaining levels. I am also trying to keep my new gear acquisition at a minimum and the catalogs seem to reward a lot of gear for advancement. I think this will be helpful in Splatfests down the road. Time will tell, I guess, and that's just my opinion.😮

Meh. Great players can end these quickly anywhere. Amazing u don’t talk about scrappers and eels and maws. The 3 easiest to lure though many dummies destroy far away from basket.

As someone with delayed processeing ability (like, there's a short time where my brain loads like a lagging PC when it receive new information, and it's worst when there's infos everywhere) and who get easily overwhelmed I just freeze and panick sometimes and it really sucks. And still I'm here spending most of my time in the mode and skimming the channel to try survive the current Big Run

I’ve been in so many situations where I was the only one painting walls, and it’s rather frustrating

What I feel playing it is that Salmon Run although I enjoy it. I do feel like it gets extra repetative to play faster then PVP modes. And instead of being rewarded for playing longer and grinding it feels a lot more like you're rewards pretty much cap off at just getting the highest egg count you are capable of instead of total eggs accumulated over the entire big run.

They just sent me glowflies with a fucking range blaster on a fucking big run WITH NOBODY WHO KNEW HOW TO FIGHT, INCLUDING ME. There is literally just no tutorial, its a super high strategy mode with no choice involved. I kinda hate it honestly, it would be cool if we could choose to do it.

These statistics scare me, as the highest I've ever reached in EVP is 240, so any chance of me getting that high is pretty slim. I can do it though! :)

If this data is correct, THEN HOW THE HECK DID I GET 4 BRONZE, 2 SILVER AND 2 GOLD WITHOUT DEFEATING THE KING SAMMY? (my friend and i freaked when we saw that)
